ABOUT
SPOD is inspired by the pure relaxation and beauty of nature. It is located along Boulder creek near east campus and an urban shopping area. The design allows for a break for students on east campus but is a great destination for anyone to stop and take a break from the urban life of Boulder. SPOD has different pods to enjoy the water, the leaves of the trees, and the tree foliage. The single pods have benches and a table which allows for the pods to turn any direction the user pleases. The design is meant for people to take a break and be calmed by all of the beauty Boulder creek has to offer.
